HOLO3000/3100
The system HOLO3000/3100 is a new platform of signal process
adopting high speed DSP technique.
It is suitable to the enterprises in following fields: oil,
chemical industry, power, metallurgical industry and paper to build
up distributed and real-time monitoring system by which to realize
high-speed, parallel and multi-units monitoring and information
network. The main characteristics of the system are embodied on
high-speed, real-time and spectrum monitoring, axial channels
synchronization and holography, which wholly improved the depth and
width of application on monitoring of machines. The distributed
structure which makes real-time workstation, server and IE browser
three in one and the external and internal data sharing improve the
expertise and popularity to a new level and efficiently extends the
application range of the system.
Features
Axial Synchronically Sampling
Defining the sampling by the axial range of the machine to overcome
the shortage of asynchronization of recycling sampling to the
channel. The technique of the rotary speed tracking the synchronal
sampling of quasi-period can ensure the axial signal of the whole
machine to have consistent standard of time and the minimum leakage
error of spectrum.
The cross comparison of the data directly makes the technical base
for the analysis of relativities of the channel data.
Real-time Monitoring of Spectrum
The spectrum calculation made by the high speed DSP directly laid
the real-time base for the system. Meanwhile, taking the
characteristics of the spectrum as the monitoring object can
efficiently avoid the instability and error of (all
spectrums’Monitoring and realize pre-alarm of spectrum.
The system can set 25 parameters with typical spectrum
characteristics and 7 parameters of special spectrum to every point
to be measured to meet the common or special requirements of all
kinds of rotary machines.
The monitoring cycle is 0.5 second.
Real Time and Holographic Display
The real-time and holographic display is opened to all the Ethernet
users of the factory. Based on the technique of channel
synchronization and real-time monitoring, the user’s interface
adopts the holographic integration mode, which can carry on axial
cross comparison and the further comparison of the machine’s
vibration and process craft. The refresh time is one frame per
second.
Database Integration
The system’ database and parameters can be automatically
identified, created and modified by the unique configuration
program. It totally changed the complication of setting up a
database manually and supported the access to the third party’s
database, such as PI and INSQL, etc. It can also create and save
the model of sketch map of the machine’s integration.
System’s Operation
The system automatically setup the operation methods consistently
abiding the rules of connection the long distance servers first and
local operation second. After reboot, the system automatically
connects the long distant databases with the support of the network
to realize the cooperation of three in one.
In case of the network offline,the workstation can automatically
identify and transfer to local operation until the network
recovers.
Save the Data
The data is saved by the operation status and the event
classification to ensure the ample and appropriate data volume. The
normal data is timely classified and automatically declines. The
un-normal data directly entered the database of history.
